As I look back over the last year, we’ve had quite a busy year at the Fibromyalgia Treatment Group. Fibromyalgia Finally Recognized as Official Diagnosis

One reason fibromyalgia often takes so long to diagnose is that some doctor’s are hesitant to use the diagnosis. That’s because until October of last year, there was no official medical code for fibromyalgia – leaving doctors, physicians, researchers and insurers no code under which to classify it.
